Returns Policy

At Rohan Jewellery Ltd we want your shopping experience to be a pleasure without any perceived risk by you.

1. Refund policy lines (We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy)

2. We do not accept returns outside of New Zealand. This is because of the costs of customs fees and taxes on re-entry back into NZ.

3. Where the Products are faulty or damaged we will either: (i) replace the Products; or (ii) repair the product under the manufacturers guarantee; (iii) give you a full refund if you so request.

4. All Products returned must be returned in their original unused condition, specifications and packaging, along with any accompanying accessories/Guarantees/Instructions together with the invoice and/or packing slip accompanying the Products. Products can not be returned if they have been engraved, modified, damaged, altered or sized. This includes rings sized at your request as we will not resell a ring to another customer after it has already been sized.

5. Wrap the Product securely and send return it to us together with the invoice which accompanied the Products to the Rohan Jewellery store that dispatched your order.

6. We do not refund or exchange items that have been specifically custom made for you e.g. a wedding ring made to order, or has been sized to your requirements etc.

7. Where the Products arrived damaged by the delivery company, immediately contact the delivery company. Within 24 hours email rohan.jewellery@clear.net.nz stating the nature of the damage (i) Wrap the Product securely and send return it with the invoice which accompanied the Products to the Rohan Jewellery store that dispatched your order.
